Five 20 minute sessions for abs and
buttocks
Stephanie has devised especially for YOU
this programme of 5 different sessions, each of 20 minutes, for abs and
buttocks.
The sessions are varied to guarantee you
greater effectiveness; in this way you’ll be able to exercise your abs and
buttocks in your own home – and, so as not to tire you, by following a daily
course that doesn’t repeat the same exercise.
This variety is your guarantee that you
won’t be working on your muscles with a routine that makes your effort less
effective.
The exercises are composed of fitness
programmes, yoga, pilates and traditional gymnastics.
Each session consists of:
- a warm-up
- floor exercises
- stretching
If you want, and according to your level,
you can of course do several sessions, but Stephanie does not recommend doing
more than three.
