We've been working to ensure that during the difficult times we are all experiencing motorsport fans are still able to receive deliveries from Duke to help pass the time on lockdown.
The good news is UK free delivery is continuing as close to normal as possible. We have amended our warehouse working patterns and processes to ensure the safety of our colleagues, and Royal Mail and the Isle of Man Post Office are also implementing safe working to keep the flow of parcels going.
Non-UK addresses
Unfortunately we've just had an update from our delivery partner to say that due to circumstances in certain countries both in terms of infection control and infection prevention, it is no longer to fulfil freepost orders. A list of affected areas can be found below.
All deliveries to locations outside of the UK are now subject to some degree of delay due to disruptions in the logistics process.
As a general effect of this, we will no longer be able to offer untracked deliveries to any countries outside of the United Kingdom. **This means that our free post offer on orders over £20 will now only apply to orders to be delivered to addresses in the UK**. We're really sorry that we have to do this, but hopefully it is only a short-term temporary measure.
Deliveries on downloads remain free, of course!

Due to the closure of French depots servicing parcel volumes to Monaco we are currently unable to deliver parcels to this destination. Deliveries are expected to resume next week.
