Stephanie has devised especially for YOU this Step programme, a series of sequences which will help you increase your endurance with cardio-training work, and improve your sense of co-ordination. The exercises offered will equally contribute to toning the muscles of the thighs and buttocks.
Stephanie has chosen stirring music with a rhythm suitable for everyone. After several sessions to remember it, you will take renewed pleasure in performing the original programme.
After a detailed demonstration of the steps, two sequences of around 20 minutes are shown, then the final uninterrupted sequence (1 + 2) lasting 10 minutes.
The session ends with stretching exercises.
