It has been described as "the classic South American rally". First run in 1980, Rally Argentina has become a favourite on the WRC calendar. 

 

The usually dry and dusty conditions, the beautiful countryside of Cordoba Province and the challenges of unique stages such as the legendary "El Condor" gives Rally Argentina a special place in many fans' hearts.

 

This collection brings together the highlights of one of the most exciting eras in the Rally's history. 

 

The years from 1986 to 1991 saw drivers of the calibre of Markku Alen, Miki Biasion, Stig Blomqvist, Juha Kankkunen, Didier Auriol and Carlos Sainz take to the stages in some of the greatest cars ever seen: Peugeot 205 T16, Toyota Celica GT-4, Lancia Delta Integrale and Renault 5 GT Turbo to name just a few.
