The world's most famous riders in the world's most famous trial - the pre - 1965 Scottish Trial.
This is a rare opportunity to step back into the past with nearly 100 pre-1965 machines, the earliest of which was Mike Vanguccl's 1946 500cc Matchless, and one of the earliest riders, Cumbrian Jack Forster on his 1953 Velocette 350.
Great names include the legendary Jeff Smith, all the way from the USA, Arthur Lampkin on a 1955 500cc BSA Gold Star and Martin Lampkin on a 250cc BSA, this was the machine which carried his brother Arthur to a Scottish victory in 1963.
Eventual 2nd place was won by Malcolm Rathmell on a 200cc Triumph, and the winner was Sammy Miller on a 500cc Ariel, his 1,014th victory.
