This DVD shows how simple yoga exercises can help women prepare for childbirth and keep fit and healthy during pregnancy.
The gentle stretching exercises have been devised by Tricia Robinson who is both a qualified midwife and a trained yoga instrctor.
Tricia has successfully tutored hundreds of happy mums near her home in West Sussex including Olympic Gold medalist Sally Gunnell.
The programme is presented by broadcaster and former world cup modern pentathlon champion Kathy Taylor.
