The Jaguar factory hadn't secured an overall Le Mans victory since 1957 and during the early 1980s, the World Sports-Prototype Championship had been dominated by Porsche.  But then in 1987 it all clicked and the new challenger to the throne, in the form of the Silk Cut Jaguar XJR-9, in its iconic purple, white and yellow livery, absolutely dominated the season thanks to the winning combination of Jan Lammers, Raul Boesel, John Watson and Eddie Cheever.  This new t-shirt from the 'Group C Icons' collection, celebrates the moment when the big cat came back in style and set the sportscar racing scene alight.
