DVDs to help you tone-up your body, improve co-ordination and flexibility as
well as promoting relaxation.
In each, Stephanie demonstrates and guides
you through a series of sequences which you can follow in the privacy of your
own home, at your own pace. Let Stephanie be your personal coach and expert
guide as you improve and enhance your fitness levels.
Step features a series of sequences which
will help you increase your endurance with cardio-training work, and improve
your sense of co-ordination. The
exercises offered will equally contribute to toning the muscles of the thighs
and buttocks. After a detailed demonstration of the steps, two sequences of
around 20 minutes are shown, then the final uninterrupted sequence (1 + 2)
lasting 10 minutes.
Stretching will help you relax your body,
making it more flexible. Stretching helps open up your body and soothe your
joints. It can also help avoid compression of the vertebrae caused by age or
daily activities, give more fluidity to your movements and assist you find more
energy. Stephanie offers you two sessions of 30 minutes each, at the same
level. You can either do the sessions separately or one after the other.
Abs and Buttocks features 5 different
sessions, each of 20 minutes. They are varied to guarantee greater
effectiveness, ensuring you have a daily course to follow which doesn’t repeat
the same exercise. This variety is your guarantee that you won’t be doing a
routine that makes your effort less effective. The exercises are composed of
fitness programmes, yoga, pilates and traditional gymnastics.
