The Official Review of the 2018 FIA World Rally Championship
There were thirteen rounds in the 46th season of the World Rally Championship starting in the Haute-Alpes for Rallye Monte Carlo in January before culminating in Australia in November after an action packed year.
The biggest change for the year was the substitution of the Rally of Poland for a return to Turkey for the first time since 2010. There were also tweaks to the routes in Monte Carlo, Mexico, Tour de Corse and Wales Rally GB.
Citroen, Ford, Toyota and Hyundai remained committed to the event, fielding strong talent in the forms of Ogier, Neuville, Tänak, Latvala and Lappi, amongst others.
It was a hard fought season that saw a tight title fight between Neuville, Tänak and Ogier that was eventually decided in favour of the defending champion but only at the final round of the year.
Perhaps the biggest surprise of the year was the winning return of Sébastien Ogier at the Rally Catalunya.
The official review brings all of the thrilling highlights of the dramatic and intense season together in one comprehensive package.
