The 2007 FIA World Rally Championship produced one of the most gripping title battles of recent years, and the Official Review brings you all the thrills, spills, drama and stunning action from every single round.
As well as a complete review of the dramatic season, this DVD is packed with exclusive features, including a shakedown with Ford star Mikko Hirvonen, extreme on-board footage from Norway, Portugal and Finland, highlights from the Production and Junior World Rally Championships plus more.
Comprehensive coverage lets you relive the incredible 2007 WRC season, as Citroen superstar and triple World Champion Sebastien Loeb hunts his fourth title.
He got the season off to a great start with victory in Monaco, but Ford's Marcus Gronholm was determined to end his stunning career on a high by making '07 his year, and took the win on round two in Sweden.
The opening rallies set the scene for a season-long final battle between these greats, with the destination of the World Rally Championship only being decided on the very last event, Wales Rally GB - and then by just four points.
The title was Loeb's, but there was consolation for Ford as the team secured the FIA WRC Manufacturers title for the second year in a row.
The Official Review brings you awesome action from all 16 rounds, including the history-making Ford 1-2-3 finish in Norway, Gronholm's disastrous crash on the tarmac of Rally Ireland and much, much more.
The toughest terrain, the best drivers, the most challenging events and the most gripping drama - the WRC has it all, and every vital moment features in this comprehensive review of the 2007 FIA World Rally Championship.
'This was one of the classic World Championship battles in recent history. This one hour 43 minutes DVD captures the highs and lows (of which there were plenty of each) from all angles. As you'd expect from Paul King, the commentary is well-scripted, informative and perfectly delivered. If there is one complaint, it's the age-old one of the programme not going on long enough. Maybe I should get out more, but even after two hours of reminiscing about Loeb dropping it in Sardinia, the pair of them falling off in Japan and that towering and borderline insane all-Ford battle between Marcus Gronholm and Mikko Hirvonen in Finland I was clamouring for more. This DVD should be part of every WRC fan's collection, if only to serve as a reminder of the way Gronholm scored such a major own goal in his final season' Autosport
'The review DVD is a round-by-round account of the season, with each event shown in detail. Worth a watch, if only to see Loeb wearing some dodgy sunglasses!' Performance Car
