In historic racing terms, the Manx Classic gains in importance every year. 1994 attracted a record entry including some of the most glorious machines of yesteryear - ERAs - the 1930s racing cars which made their names in the Isle of Man pre-war - E-Type Jaguars, Sunbeam Tigers, Bentleys and a host of other all-time classics. The 1994 event consisted of three distinct competitions, the Hillclimb at the scenic Sloc venue - a new addition for ‘94, the successful pursuit sprint held on what was at one time the IOM’s main race circuit and a race meeting at the new Jurby venue. Sit back and enjoy colourful and exciting coverage of all these competitions.
