Jane Fonda, 72, is springing back into her workout gear with a new DVD designed for the generation that came of age feeling the burn from her first blockbuster workout tape, Jane Fonda’s Workout, in 1982. Although aimed at older people wanting to keep fit, Fonda hopes her easy-to-follow fitness programme will inspire everyone to get fit – just like she did almost 30 years ago!
