French works Fantic rider Thierry Michaud led throughout to win the 1985 gruelling international Scottish Six Days Trial. This film uniquely captures the atmosphere of the annual event in Caledonia, and illustrates perfectly the grip that the world championship contenders now have. Steve Saunders mounted a very brave challenge, Tony Scarlett tried hard but lacked experience, Chris Clarke surprised quite a few fans, and evergreen Mick Andrews was back on a four-stroke Honda. The splendid scenery of the world's most famous trials is also well captured in this film. And the drama behind the scenes as the clubman wrestles to complete the course with the factory sponsored all out efforts to bring off success.
