This is the new 2010 red England Away football shirt from Umbro, which is the main item of the new 2010/12 England away football kit. It was unveiled and available to purchase on 3rd March, when the England national football team hosted Egypt, the newly crowned 2010 Africa Cup of Nations champions, at Wembley Stadium. Other sizes will be available soon.
The new England Away kit, designed by creative consultant Aitor Throup using a unique articulated body form. Combining the latest technology with a smart, minimalist style, the shirt is made of three panels each dedicated to a specific aspect of the game. The front body of the shirt consists of a cotton/polyester blend designed to give players comfort and protection, whilst the back and sides use a mesh fabric to ventilate the body, and the sleeves are made with elastane to allow maximum player movement.
The new England away shirt will be worn by the England team at the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ in South Africa. And what better way to show your support for the England football team than by wearing the official Umbro away shirt yourself.
This England football shirt will run from 2010 to early 2012 and will therefore be worn by the England team during the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ and the 2012 Euro Championships qualifying matches.
