TT3D: Closer to the Edge Blu-ray Collector's Edition

This is the cinema blockbuster which set a new standard for sports documentary-making, a film which went inside the Isle of Man TT like never before, exploring the thrill, the triumph, the tragedy and personalities which make it such an enthralling motorcycle festival. The 3D documentary received high praise from film critics and movie-goers, including many with no interest in the TT or even motorcycles. However, if you are a fan of motorsport, especially the two-wheeled kind, this is essential viewing. The film charts the entire 2010 TT, following many of the big names, notably Guy Martin, John McGuinness, Ian Hutchinson and Conor Cummins, through the highs and lows. The film explores the riders’ motivation, goes behind-the-scenes with them away from the track and addresses the dangers of the sport, including the terrible loss of Paul Dobbs and the horrendous accidents suffered by Martin and Cummins.

Closer to the Edge is available in a special collector’s edition which includes the film in 3D Blu-ray and high definition Blu-ray formats*, plus a DVD with bonus features including Guy Martin clips, Richard ‘milky' Quayle describes the TT course, Bridgete Dobbs reflecting on TT2010 and the future, Stephen Davison - Photographer and author, impromptu conversation between John McGuinness and his dad, John, John McGuinness home movie, Jenny Tinmouth, Nick Crowe - sidecar champion and Charge, a film narrated by Ewan McGregor. It is also available in a 2-disc standard DVD format set with the same bonus features.
