Kimi
Raikkonen is a racing enigma in Formula One.
He is
undoubtedly one of the most talented drivers in Grand Prix racing today, and
has produced some of the most breathtaking performances of recent years as a
member of both the McLaren and Ferrari teams.
However,
Raikkonen’s career so far has been blighted by mistakes and lacklustre
performances.
In a
career of highs and lows, 2007 was, without doubt, the pinnacle of success. In
a year dominated by Lewis Hamilton, Raikkonen produced excellent performances
and consistency to put himself within reach of the World Championship at the
final race of the year.
During
the 2007 Brazilian Grand Prix, the Finn was having one of his good days and
produced a stunning drive to take victory and snatch the World Championship
from under Hamilton’s
nose.
This
stunning image shows Raikkonen at the wheel of Ferrari’s 2008 challenger,
bearing the Number One which his efforts the previous year had rightly earned.
The
image has been expertly printed onto a fine canvas surface to make the picture
