On the 24th February 2010 at Gwalior in the 2nd ODI International against South Africa, Sachin Tendulkar became the first player to score a double hundred in an One day International. His innings of 200 not out lasted 226 minutes, 147 deliveries and included 25 fours and 3 sixes whith a strike rate of 136.05. India made 403 for 3 and comprehensively beat South Africa by 153 runs.
