Product description

The 1972 Austrian GP, held at the ultra-fast Osterreichring circuit, saw 100,000 spectators in attendance to watch the fastest race of the GP year.

In a season which saw a four way battle for honours between Emerson Fittipaldi, Jackie Stewart, Jackie Ickx and Denny Hulme, the title was destined to go to Emerson Fittipaldi, at 25 the youngest ever car World Champion.

This is the colourful, fast and frantic story of the '72 Austrian GP from the Castrol archives, with a documentary style and quality of production that captures the flavour of the early '70s F1 scene.
