In the second DVD of this series, Sensei Kawasoe demonstrates further advanced striking and kicking techniques and introduces basic one-attack sparring. He also complete the HEIAN series of Katas with detailed instruction of NIDAN, SANDAN, YONDAN and GODAN.
In the final DVD of this series, Sensei Kawasoe introduces semi-free sparring and demonstrates training using kick bags. He gives further detailed instruction in TEKKI SHODAN and BASSAI DAI. He then demonstrates advanced stretching techniques and completes his in depth look at the brown belt katas - JION KANKU DAI, EMPI and HANGETSU.
