Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth with Nerissa, is designed for women with little or no experience of yoga after the third month of pregnancy. More and more yoga is helping women to prepare for and relax during pregnancy.
Disc 1 of this double DVD set aims to assist in the relaxation of pregnant women from their third month of pregnancy right up to the childbirth itself.
Disc 2 assists the new mother in practicing valuable yoga techniques following their six week check-up with their doctor. There is also a section included on relaxation which is extremely useful both pre and post pregnancy.
Nerissa Fields has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 20, specialising in pregnancy.
