The Conquest of Everest DVDDIMPLE:An outstanding documentary chronicle of the conquest of Everest by the Hunt Expedition that also features footage of earlier attempts on the mountain. Louis MacNeice wrote the commentary, and the film footage of the expedition, in which with Sherpa Tenzing and Edmund Hillary finally reached the summit of Everest, is amazing. The cinematography is from Thomas Stobart and George Lowe. History in the making.
