It's been 16 years since angling writer and publisher David Hall first filmed Dave Harrell on the banks of the Warwickshire Avon. In that time Dave has not only proved himself to be one of the genuine stars of the open-match scene, he has also represented his country at the very highest level.
A great all-rounder, Dave has won matches on numerous venues and on all methods.
David Hall and the cameras caught up with him again at two different venues, where he showed just how versatile he is.
Firstly, Dave gives us a masterclass on the waggler, a method he has made almost his own, then goes on to prove his adaptability with a superb pole fishing demonstration.
The two David's are clearly firm friends, and this film demonstrates that fishing can and should be fun.
