India defeated the West Indies by 102 runs in front of 100,000 fans at Eden Gardens - this DVD captures all the excitement and pandemonium of this occasion. It was the first Final between India and the West Indies since the 1983 Cricket World Cup Final, with the West Indies overwhelming favourites for this final.

However, a gross error of judgement by West Indies skipper Richie Richardson committing to batting second proved to be disastrous as India coasted to victory with some inspired spin bowling from Anil Kumble who took the last six West Indies wickets.
