After World War II northern industrialist Sir David Brown purchased Aston Martin and then Lagonda - two of the greatest names in motoring history. These famous marques were to dominate many sports car events during the ‘50s and ‘60s. In this nostalgic film we trace the development of the DB1 right through to the DP214 with a galaxy of talented names at the wheel - Moss, Brooks, Parnell, Salvadori, Carroll Shelby & others driving to the limit at Le Mans, Brooklands, Dundrod, Silverstone and in the Mille Miglia.
