The 1989 Irish Rally Championship offers a fine mixture with the social side of things being almost as important as the rallying. However, the rallying is tough, with both Russell Brookes and Mark Lovell striving hard to beat the Irish at their own game! We have four events from the Championship, including the Ulster Rally, which between them give a good view of the events and covered by 'Plum' Tyndall's team, the coverage is as entertaining and knowledgeable as it could be.
