Formula One Grands Prix 1970/1971 VHS - Description

Highlights of every qualifying event in the 1970 World Championship Grand Prix season. The winner that year was Jochen Rindt of Austria who was fatally injured at Monza. With three races still to go Rindt had earned the most points and was declared the 1970 Grand Prix Champion posthumously. The 1971 World Championship season saw Jackie Stewart in his Tyrrell Ford regain his crown from the late Jochen Rindt. This was the year team mate Cevert scored his first GP win at Watkins Glen, a race which sadly marked the last Formula One appearance of Jo Siffert who was killed at Brands Hatch two weeks later.
