It’s Dallas, Texas without J.R. and the rest of the cast, but with no less incident, drama and excitement than the famous TV serial! Keke Rosberg, the street fighter of F1, was ducking-and-diving behind Nigel Mansell for over 10 laps before he could squeeze past to take a hard-earned victory. Championship leader Alaln Prost, known as ‘the teacher’ in F1, obviously didn't learn from his two practice contacts with the perimeter walls because he threw away victory on lap 56 after another ‘coup de concrete’. Prost was not alone, however, with a total of 14 drivers reportedly making contact with the Texan walls, most - as we see here - with terminal results. |
