Full coverage in Monaco shows the multiple shunt that resulted from some rather late braking by Stirling Moss. The melee involved nearly every top driver and car of the era but Fangio (Maserati) skilfully escaped the chaos and went on to win. By the British GP at Aintree the Vanwall team were encouraged to have Stirling Moss and Tony Brooks sandwiching Behra (Maserati) on the front row of the grid. And what a race ensued!
