The 1990 Le Mans 24 hour race exceeded all expectations with a classic and emotional race ending with a resounding 1 - 2 finish for Jaguar after the devastating demise of the Brun Porsche with only sixteen minutes to go. It wasn't only a success for Jaguar though with a British driven Porsche third and victory in C2. Once again, Radio Le Mans provided non-stop information throughout the event and in most peoples' eyes (or ears), this was the best ever with The Boy Haven joining resident experts, lan Titchmarsh, Paul Truswell and Janice Minton.
