The notorious Paris-Dakar Rally is ranked as one of the supreme tests of man and machine in motorsport competition. In 1987 Vatanen returned driving a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 Group B rally car. Jan de Rooy did things with a DAF truck that the manufacturers never really intended. Cyril Neveau and Hubert Auriol fight out a great two-way scrap on the bikes.
