TT 2004 saw emphatic wins, lap and race records and plenty of bottle! With the racing even hotter than the weather, records fell in the Duke Formula 1, Production 1000, Junior & Sidecar classes with the outright lap record lifted to 127.68 mph by John McGuinness. McGuinness went on to take wins in the Formula 1, Junior TT and Lightweight 400, to join TT greats, Hailwood, Dunlop, Hislop and Jefferies in the elite hat-trick club. Bruce Anstey, Ryan Farquhar and Adrian Archibald also took race wins whilst Dave Molyneux clocked up a record-equalling 10th sidecar win. This official review captures the racing, the records, the riders and the atmosphere generated by one of the largest TT crowds for years.
