The 1989 750 Production TT proved to be a sizzler in nail-gnawing style which developed into a sensational three-man short-circuit thriller. Steve Hislop was handicapped by having to refill his tank at the end of each lap. Bold Carl Fogarty decided on some heavy gambling by choosing not to refuel his RC30 Honda and his wheel-to-wheel battle with Dave Leach on an almost dry tank is one of the showstoppers of this video. The second leg of the sidecar race also offered spectacular action with a new lap record of 108.31 mph by Mick Boddice and Chas Birks. A mini-blockbuster of a video packed with many memorable moments.
