This documentary attempts to show that the problem is not madness but mainly a lack of funds restricting the provision of even more sporting entertainment. On a more serious mote, this film, made by Richard Skelton - himself an occasional racing passenger - is a comprehensive look at British sidecar racing in the early 1980s. There's plenty of good action and interviews including the late ex-World Champion Jock Taylor, plus interesting studies of how they manage to round corners so quickly on three wheels! If you're at all interested in British sidecar racing, this is what you've always wanted!
