Bike GP 1988 - Holland VHS - Description
Halfway through the 1988 championship Wayne Gardner was still chasing a win. Eddie Lawson was suffering no such inconveniences, and held a healthy lead over Rainey and Gardner. The 250 class provided the scrap of the day, both on and off the track! Sito Pons and Dominique Sarron battled throughout the race, until the last corner of the last lap! The massive Dutch crowd had come to see Egbert Streuer win round 4 of the sidecar championship. This is grand prix racing at its very best from the friendly Dutch TT. Where else would you see a 'Mexican wave' that rippled round the near four mile circuit!
