Description

The FIM Indoor Trial World Championship 2008 delivered another dramatic season, and this action-packed, four hour official review brings you the thrills and spills of every single round.

Amazing camerawork, informed commentary and interviews with the leading riders makes this the definitive record of the entire championship chase, as reigning indoor trials king Toni Bou and four-times World Champion Adam Raga resumed their title battle.
T

he Spanish pair were tipped to dominate as they had in 2007, but they would have to overcome determined challenges from former World Champion Albert Cabestany, Japan's Takahisa Fujinami, Jeroni Fajardo and Britain's own Dougie Lampkin and James Dabill.

The season opened in Marseille, France, but it was an all-Spanish affair as Bou, Raga and Cabestany filled the podium after a hard-fought battle on the demanding course. The first round set the tone for the rest of the rest of the season, with only Montesa-HRC rider Fujinama managing to prevent the three Spaniards from dominating every single podium.

Just four riders may have made the podium during the five-round series, but that didn't prevent the 2008 title fight being a thrilling affair. Montesa-HRC's Bou, Gas Gas rider Raga and Cabestany, on the Sherco, had to dig deep and use all their skills to tackle the incredible obstacles and challenging courses as the championship contest moved to Barcelona, Granada, Milan and Madrid.
Amazing footage, including plenty of truly breathtaking close-ups, leaves you in no doubt these are the best trials riders in the world, and in '08 they were all at their absolute best.

The record books show Toni Bou won four out of five rounds on his way to a second consecutive World Championship, with rival Adam Raga the only other rider to claim a victory. What the record books don't show is how intense the title battle was, nor how skilled the riding was. This comprehensive and action-filled review shows all the intensity, and all the extraordinary skill.
