FANtasy Bike: Joseph McClendon and Bryan King
The
Discovery Channel FANtasy Bike contest helps the dreams of two deserving fans
come true with some very special custom jobs. Joseph McClendon has always been a
lover of choppers and when he had to sell his hog to help pay for his mother's
hospital bills, his mum made him promise he would build another chopper.
Truck-driving, car customising Californian Bryan King wants his own chopper more
than anything - the only small problem is he's in a wheelchair. The OCC crew
work together to make Joseph and Bryan's FANtasies reality.
Senior's Vintage Project 1 and 2
Inspired by a trip to
Europe, Senior starts collecting vintage bikes. When the guys try to restore an
old classic, they run into some obstacles and need to call on the help of an
expert. Senior has everyone working on this project - even Mikey pitches in -
and then decides to build a chopper with a vintage feel as well! When the front
end of the vintage chopper comes back from powder coat the wrong colour, the
guys scramble to finish the bike on time, while Senior's vintage chopper is
unveiled at a photo shoot for Barnett's magazine.
Wendy's Bike 1 and 2
The guys of OCC head to the Ohio
headquarters of fast food company Wendy's to research their next build, a bike
to be auctioned off to benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. An OCC
first, the frame is built in-house, which proves to be a challenge for the guys.
When the bike is sent to paint and powder coat, the guys head to Hunter Mountain
for some fun on the slopes. Back in the shop, the crew works on finishing the
bike in time, and then it's a smooth ride to the finish line, stopping off to
show the bike at The Children's Home Of Poughkeepsie.
Sunoco Bike 1 and 2
OCC teams up with Sunoco and NASCAR
driver Kyle Petty to build a bike that will benefit the Victory Junction Gang
Camp. The guys head to North Carolina to meet Petty, tour the camp and spend
time with some of the kids. Back in the shop they continue working on this
latest chopper, but when the bike is sent to paint and powder coat, the Teutuls
head to Lowe's Speedway to take turns around the track.
Bill Murray Bike 1 and 2
Hollywood actor Bill Murray
asks the OCC crew to build him a chopper inspired by his "Caddyshack" character,
Carl. While Jr. is busy building - with help from Mr Murray - Senior and Mikey
practice their swings at Mikey's house in the midst of demolition work. After a
journey to the links with Bill, and despite a small mishap with the paint job,
the cool, custom-made Caddyshack chopper is auctioned off to benefit St.
Vincent's Mobile Hospital.
OCC Roadshow
The crew get ready for another first -
building a bike on stage in front of their fans. The pressure builds when they
realise that they may not be up to the task. Technical difficulties and stage
fright make Senior walk off stage. But it all comes good, and the bike is
raffled off.
Make A Wish Bike Special
The holiday season is upon OCC
again, but instead of a Christmas-themed dream machine, the guys honour one of
their favourite charities, The Make-a-Wish Foundation. Senior, Junior and Mikey
invade FAO Schwartz in search of the perfect gift for each kid - even Nub gets
in on the fun when he has kids finger-paint the fenders and oil and gas
tanks.
Behind-the-Scenes Special
Find out what goes on behind
the scenes at OCC in this special episode. Mikey films the film crew and travels
to LA to find out about the post-production work needed to make this
one-of-a-kind show come together. Watch interviews with the producer, cameramen,
editors, and, begrudgingly, the executive producer.
