Chichagof [chî-châ-gôf] is Volcom’s newest skate movie. It is dedicated to the memory of Scott Stamnes, and titled after his fishing boat that he was seen skating on in Volcom’s first skate film, “Freedom Wig”.
Chichagof showcases Volcom’s powerhouse team of Geoff Rowley, Mark Appleyard, Rune Glifberg, Darrell Stanton, Caswell Berry, Javier Sarmiento, Ryan Sheckler, Dennis Busenitz, and others skating all over the world.
The film documents Volcom trips to Asia, South Africa, Europe, South America and all over the United States. Chichagof will surely be a classic to the Veeco skate library.
